FROM A CUPBOARD IN A KITCHEN TO A CELLAR IN A CHATEAU!

Established in Norfolk (UK) in 1979, The RTA Wine Rack Company has grown from a small family business into the market leader, supplying traditionally crafted wine racks throughout the world. It will therefore come as no surprise that RTA has won the prestigious “Queen’s Award for Export” not once but twice, in 1994 and 1997!

RTA Wine Rack Company exports to countries as diverse as Kasakstan to Trinidad and New Zealand to South Korea. While still remaining proud of our Norfolk roots, RTA Wine Rack Company is now part of the Metalrax Group PLC; a successful and internationally respected British manufacturing group.

Our traditional wood and metal wine racks can be traced back to a company called Farrow and Jackson, established in 1703 and now part of RTA Wine Rack Company. It is understood to have been originally developed for the storage of mead – not wine!!

From these humble beginnings RTA has succeeded in becoming the leading manufacturer of wine racks in the world. Not resting on our laurels we have expanded our range of products to appeal to both domestic and commercial customers.

By constantly paying attention to ever changing trends, RTA Wine Rack Company is always innovating, launching new products and, yes, seeking to improve on the original 1703 concept.
